I love the changes made to the restaurant, although I'm sure Ramsey had interior designers helping him, I believe the the impulse of keeping some kind of a memory for the parents came from him. It's a beautiful mix of redoing the restaurant and keeping it modern while also commemorating the memories and the past that the place holds

The owner is definitely on the spectrum and not medicated. He’s overwhelmed and locked in ritual. He needs therapy to help deal with the loss of his parents too. I imagine, they were a support system for him and he never developed coping mechanisms without them.
